网页端我的资料库显示错误

我们服务器前几天断电重启了，再次开机设置好后，发现部分用户登陆，在windows客户端上显示资料库错误，网页端显示错误。用管理员账号查看发现资料库都还在，但是就是显示不出来，ip等设置无问题。

尝试过使用seaf-fsck，命令是：
seaf-fsck -d D:\seafile-server\seafile-data

但出现如下问题：
[10/15/18 11:05:31] seafile-session.c(62): Failed to load config file.
[10/15/18 11:05:31] seaf-fsck.c(163): Failed to create seafile session.

使用版本：6.0.7
服务器系统：winserver2012R2

我说的显示错误，是就是 “错误” 两个字

fsck检查弄好了，可是现在启动服务失败
日志：
[2018/10/15 16:23:46] applet/service-install.c(173): Failed to launch seafile service: error code 2
[2018/10/15 16:35:53] applet/service-install.c(173): Failed to launch seafile service: error code 1058

你这是怎么检查通过的啊，我整了好长时间也没通过，这是我的问题。
