seahub页面无法进入，拒绝连接请求，更改bind无效

服务器问题

[root@node3 seafile-server-7.0.5]# ./seahub.sh start 8000

LC_ALL is not set in ENV, set to en_US.UTF-8
Seahub is already running.

访问192.168.40.204:8000 被拒绝连接请求，无法访问

按照论坛上的朋友说更改
/seafile/conf/gunicorn.conf
把 bind = “127.0.0.1:8000” 改为 bind = “0.0.0.0:8000”

更改后仍没有效果，使用chrom以及ie皆尝试失败，请大家指点一下

Seahub is already running. 看一下进程和端口号 是不是被占用了。

我也是一样的问题改为bind = “0.0.0.0:8000“以后网页就显示Internal Server Error了
