环境：centos7.4 +mariadb+nginx+memcache+server社区版6.2.2
挂在盘客户端 0.8.1或0.8.0
问题表现：1、在挂在盘里面打开office文件，编辑之后，保存的时候会卡一下（界面卡白） 然后提示"由于共享冲突。。。你把更改不能保存到xxx.xls0"
2、点击确定后 提示 扩展名不匹配，但是名字已经发生变化了如图
3、点是或者否之后会提示另存为
请问这个改如何分析问题，前一段时间都正常，现在大家都遇到这个问题，需要看说明日记吗？

试试刚更新的 0.8.2 版本，看看能否解决这个问题？

感谢回复！ 完全卸载后装0.8.2，问题依旧，
我们 测试了多台电脑之后发现与win10操作系统有关，win10升级到最新的版1709版后（版本 10.0.16299.19]） 使用office2010或2016 就会出现该问题。其他软件不会，比如记事本、dreamweaver、cad等能正常使用。
如果把系统装回win10比较老的版本，就没有问题。
你把 seadrive.log 这个日志中的错误信息贴一下吧，我们分析下。
我打开工作文档（spike）下的奥尔夫.xlsx 修改后点击保存，出现共享冲突提示，然后我点了是，出现一个新的文档（A6F09000.xlsx）然后我在此点了保存，成功保存了A6F09000.xlsx

大概找到原因了，因为新版的操作系统下编辑 office 文件后需要在根目录创建一个 sync.ffs_lock 文件。 我们需要对这个文件特殊处理一下。

最后确定到的原因是我们使用的第三方内核驱动的问题，因为 windows 操作系统升级造成驱动有不兼容，估计很快会有修复版本。
我也是遇到这个问题，另外一个同事就正常。
确实windows10的版本不一样。
我的是win10-1709
同事是win10-1511
新版 0.8.4 已经修复了这个问题。因为内核驱动也升级了，需要卸载旧版本然后再安装新版本。
