最新版本6.3.11 localhost:8000及localhost:8080/seafdav访问的问题

使用官方推荐的一件安装脚本，分别在debian 9.6上干净安装了6.3.9、6.3.10、6.3.11（mariaDB，nginx）发现如下问题：
1、6.3.10，6.3.11版本无法localhost:8000访问，6.3.9就可以；
2、上述三个版本均无法通过localhost:8080/seafdav访问。
请问这个正常么？

你用127.0.0.1:8000访问试下，应该是可以的，还有，seafdav也应该是通过8000端口访问

关于localhost:8000无法访问的原因，经过安装对比conf文件，发现需将文件gunicorn.conf中bind = "127.0.0.1:8000"修改为bind = "0.0.0.0:8000"即可；但localhost:8080/seafdav仍无法访问。
