【求助】无法载入caching_sha2_password.so插件

最近在搭建seafile私有云盘开源版7.0.4的，创建过程中提示：Failed to connect to mysql server using user “seafile” and password “***”: Authentication plugin ‘caching_sha2_password’ cannot be loaded: /usr/lib64/mysql/plugin/caching_sha2_password.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

已经安装MySQL 8.0版本，在/usr/lib64/mysql/plugin/ 确实没有找到这个插件，请问如何解决该问题？

centos7 最小安装，MySQL8.0，seafile 7.0.4

MySQL安装了这些：
mysql-community-libs-8.0.15-1.el7.x86_64
mysql-community-server-8.0.15-1.el7.x86_64
mysql-community-libs-compat-8.0.15-1.el7.x86_64
mysql-community-common-8.0.15-1.el7.x86_64
