windows端seafile服务已起，管理员账号已配置，.conf文件也已修改。但不能通过http://127.0.0.1:8000或，本机ip地址：8000
Windows server 2008 R2 64系统。
127.0.0.1 只能在本机上访问。
如果是它机，必须在防火墙高级设置里自己添加 8000 8082 两个TCP端口。
在本机、它机都访问了，防火墙也关掉的。不行。

- 任务管理器看看有没有 ccnet-server.exe seafserv.exe seaf-server.exe python.exe 等进程
- 打开日志文件夹 (右键点击托盘图标 -> 打开日志文件夹), 看看日志中有没有什么错误信息。

ccnet-server.exe seafserv.exe seaf-server.exe python.exe 进程都起的。
看样子是 seahub (python) 进程没起来，你系统中安装的 python 什么版本? 最好安装 2.7.11 或者 2.7.12
python 2.7.11 或者 2.7.12都试了，seafile是最新版的，系统server 2008 R2 64 。还是不行。
我的步骤：
1、安装python。
2、安手册下载最新seafile并解压到seafile目录下。
3、配置环境，加管理员账号，安装服务。
4、修改ccnet.conf，重启服务。
上述步骤完成后还是不能通过浏览器打开http://127.0.0.1:8000，不知道还需要哪里要设置？
python是否需要设置？重启服务器python还需要手动起pthon.exe。
已经解决，python一定要安装32位的，安装64位就是访问不了。
我的windows2003安装不上数据库,起不来服务,python2.7.11和python2.7.12都试过,没反应,怎么解决?
我的没有Python.exe进程，之前还可以用，最近不可以了，不知是不是这个原因，该如何解决呢？
不要添加为Windows服务 重设置 把run.bat设置成开机启动 就可以了~
